  • Get organized/ make a list/ journal about it
  • Get a recommended amount of sleep
  • Talk it out with family, friends, or a mentor
  • Relax and do something YOU enjoy for atleast 15 minutes
  • Daily relaxation/meditation, deep breathing techniques
  • Use positive self talk at least once a day
  • Eat mindfully
  • Take a quick walk to analyze how you can go about the stress positively
  • Practice yoga
  • Enjoy music
