The things that make me feel bad about my body- not working out on top of eating bad, eating late and waking up bloated, spending a whole weekend going out/tailgating/out to eat.

Things that make me feel good about my body- working out, balanced diet, being hydrated, not drinking that weekend, having a tan.

Things I can eliminate from my life that doesn’t make me feel good- going out one night of the weekend instead of two, and limiting myself from the amount that I eat out food during the week.

I feel the best when I’m productive- I love having a good long sweaty work out, I love waking up early and not staying out super late the night before. But being young, you often do go out on the weekends and drink/stay up late/ eat bad, but balancing it out during the week would help. I just feel like with being 4 weeks into school I’m beginning to get stressed, going to the gym one less day a week, staying up later, getting something to eat while I’m out. I need to be more conscious of these things so I do feel better about myself.
