The definition of health to me is being in the best physical, mental, and spiritual conditions.

TIPS FOR HEALTHY LIVING:

•having a balanced diet- making sure to eat breakfast

•exercising!!!!

•going to the doctor for checkups- including the dentist

•meditating

•limiting yourself from excessive drinking

•educating yourself- keep your mind healthy by always learning something new

•taking your vitamins

•being outside *breathing fresh air*

•keeping yourself out of risky situations

•staying hydrated

•getting enough sleep- recommended 8 hours

•making time for yourself and things you love

•import key to being healthy and happy- OWN A DOG•



 

I think teaching health is important. I believing the easiest way to teach healthy lifestyles is starting young, embracing importance, and make being healthy fun!
